Our panel discussion for the evening is on the topic of 'The Future of Work' and will be moderated by ESCP Europe Professor Terence Tse, the Academic Director of our exciting Master in Digital Transformation Management and Leadership.
What is the Future of Work?
With the arrival of Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence, it's clear that the world of employment will never be the same again. Tech-based innovation is no longer a choice. Inevitably, humans and machines will have to work together. But what kind of career should the graduate of the future be looking for? And how do organisations need to adapt to meet the expectations of new joiners as they evolve at a breathtaking pace?
Those are the questions that will be discussed by an expert panel, led by Professor Terence Tse at ESCP Europe Business School and co-author of the upcoming book "The AI Republic:Building the Nexus Between Humans and Intelligent Automation". Terence will be joined by:
Laurence Hollobon, BEL Group, ESCP Europe Alumna
Luke Fisher, CEO & Founder, Mo
Séverine Trouillet, Global Director, Dassault Systèmes

This event is aimed at employers, HR professionals, current and prospective students with the aim of producing a consolidated view from all sides of what the Future of Work may be like and what opportunities and challenges there will be.
